In order to improve the security infrastructure at the Heydar Aliyev Center, video surveillance and monitoring systems have been completely updated. The following works were carried out within the framework of the project:

• Video surveillance and infrastructure renewal: The previously used analog and outdated video surveillance system has been replaced with modern, IP-based cameras and systems. Systems that are managed over the network and provide large-scale monitoring have been integrated.
• Video analytics solutions and automatic security notifications: Video analytics solutions have been implemented to automatically detect potential threats in areas with intensive human movement. A system has been established to analyze suspicious activities in real time and send immediate notifications to security personnel.
• Monitoring and control center: All systems are integrated into a single monitoring center, enabling real-time monitoring and operational intervention.
